Swiss Chard Pancake

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tbsp ketchup
- 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 tsp soya sauce
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1/2 tsp soya sauce
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 large green onion, thinly sliced
- 300g of Swiss chard, cut like shreds (optional swap cabbage)
Intructions
Mix the sauce, set aside, serve drizzled on top Mix the batter until smooth, then fold in the vegetables Create pancake shapes in a frying pan Let each side get golden brown
