Ingredients

  1. 4 tbsp - 1 cup tamarind paste (how concentrated is yours)
  2. 2 tbsp soya sauce
  3. 2 tbsp fish sauce
  4. 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  5. 2 tbsp ginger paste
  6. 1 tbsp sriracha
  7. 1 tbsp lime juice
  8. 1 tbsp cilantro paste
  9. 4 oz rice noodles
  10. 1 block firm tofu
  11. 2 lg egg (or 4 no meat)
  12. optional: 1 chicken breast
  13. 2 carrots, cut match sticks
  14. 1 zucchini, cut match sticks
  15. 1 red pepper, cut match sticks
  16. 1 bag bean sprouts

Intructions

Pre drain, press and cube tofu Have everything prepped and ready to throw in the pan (mis enplace) Soften noodles by package instructions Fry chicken Fry Tofu Scramble Egg Add Vegetables, fry until el-dente Add sauce and noodles, reduce the sauce Add bean sprouts, cook just until soft

Optional Garnishes: fresh cilantro fried peanuts fresh lime juice
