Ingredients

  1. 1 cup oat flour
  2. 1 1/2 cup quick oats
  3. 1/2 cup brown sugar
  4. 1/2 cup butter, melted
  5. 1tsp baking powder
  6. 1/2 tsp salt
  7. 450g greek yogurt
  8. 1 tbsp sugar
  9. 2 tbsp cornstarch
  10. berry compote using raspberries

Intructions

Create oat flour pulsing quick oats through heavy duty blade In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients Then combine the melted butter thoroughly Press 2/3 of the mixture into the bottom layer of your baking dish

Mix sugar and cornstarch into yogurt Layer onto the crumble layer

Create a raspberry compote Burst the raspberries to thicken the sauce Pour over the yogurt layer Add the remaining 1/3 oat mixture ontop

Bake at 350F for 40-45mins Cool and refrigerate for 2hrs before serving
